I love making cake, cake is always for a celebration, to mark a special occasion in someones life, from a christening to a birthday, a marriage to an anniversary... it is always something that will have smiling faces and bringing family and friends together.
So for that I love my job, I love that I can add to someones special occasion by creating something that will add to their day. I have gone through different jobs in my time, some I hated and others I have loved but I do feel I have found my calling, and what better way than to make someone smile by creating something that they can enjoy to both look at and eat!

ReplyDeleteIt’s good to hear on how your job is making you happy. Sometimes, you have to go and try different things you want and otherwise, and make an assessment on which of them is able to keep you going and inspired. Usually, we think that what make us more money is what can make us fulfilled, but there is really nothing more rewarding than enjoying what you do.

Wow! That cake looks fantastic! Every kid will be happy to have that cake on their birthday. Haha! Anyway, I’m so glad that through making cakes, you’re able to create happiness and joy for your customers. Call it a little melodramatic, but putting your heart on anything that you do is what usually leads a business to success.
